We offer a wide variety of classes that are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to the very advanced.

You can choose to pay £7.00 a class as a casual member or look at our wide variety of membership options, including a monthly
class membership of just £39.75 which allows you to do as many classes as you like with no extra charge.

50+ KEEP FIT

If you have always been hesitant about visiting a gym because you are worried that it will be filled with young people pushing themselves to the limit. Plus you are not sure how to use the facilities at a Gym properly, then the Calso's 50+ Keep fit classes will be perfect for you. All ages, levels and abilities are welcome. YOGA

The yoga class offers a holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit. It will develop your strength, flexibility, stillness and balance in all aspects of our life. Yoga can be taken up at any age and is easily be adapted to help us deal with the challenges that life presents us with. All the Yoga poses and practices are taught in stages, so that you are able to choose a work level which is best suited for you.

PILATES

Pilates is based on a method of Body Conditioning that relies on strengthening core postural muscles and developing body alignment. It is designed to provide a work out that builds strength without building bulk, balancing that strength with flexibility and achieving harmony between muscle and mind. This method of training can work for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Each exercise is built around the following eight principles: Relaxation, co-ordination, alignment, stamina, concentration, centering, breathing and flowing movements.

STRETCH

Our very popular therapeutic stretch classes is designed to help improve your flexibility, achieve better posture and enhance balance. By learning the correct stretching techniques it can help with strengthening muscles, injury recovery and injury prevention. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Party yourself into shape! That's exactly what the Zumba program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. Originated in Columbia. JUNIOR GYM

These classes are designed specifically for children who are under sixteen, who are serious about improving their fitness and learning how to train correctly and safely in the gym. It is important that children attending this class have a high level of discipline. The class will help them improve their confidence and give them more energy. BOX AEROBICS

This class is excellent for keeping the body and mind in great shape. In this class you will burn off lots of calories, develop speed, improve endurance and enhance your flexibility. Using simple but effective boxing techniques, the class targets every part of the body. Great for confidence and, above all, really good fun! Suitable for all levels and abilities.

This class combines both high and low impact moves and is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience. Individuals select weights, which allow them to work at their own level and ability, easier and harder alternatives will be given. Results Guaranteed!

BODY TONE CIRCUIT

This class is taken in our gym and the circuit formations are varied from week to week. It is an excellent class for, building strength, muscle toning, increasing energy, developing endurance and burning calories. All of the people that do this class must have some gym experience or have done a Calso gym induction. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
