Our junior gym classes are for the under 16s who are serious about improving their fitness and learning how to train correctly, effectively and safely in the gym. On your child’s first appointment, he or she would be given an induction and health assessment by one of our experienced, qualified instructors. The first thing our instructor will do is to assess your child’s health and, providing all is ok, your child will be shown how to use the gym equipment.

What does your child do in Junior Gym?
The class consists of a 10 minute warm, then half an hour of different types of circuit training exercises and then to finish we have a game of gym-ball, which is great fun.
What would your child get out of it?
The classes are designed for improving strength, endurance, flexibility, teamwork, mental ability, discipline, respect, weight management (obese and underweight), confidence and to give your child a real sense of achievement.
To do these classes, your child must have good discipline. We have a one chance only rule!
